After deciding she is tired of her life and obligations Princess Nella Lantoru has run away from her home on the planet Al-Terra. She’s brought along only two things with her: a fortune she stole from the royal treasury and her handmaiden Tarli who she’s taken as her lover. Together the two girls have journeyed to the edge of civilized space, planning on finding a home far from the reach of the princess’ overbearing mother.
These two young girls will soon find they are in way over their heads. Enter the alien bounty hunter Captain Hotair and her young strange alien ‘pet’ Lera. Initially chasing the bounty to bring the princess home, the bounty hunter and her assistant will soon make the princess and her lover an offer: in exchange for the fortune the girls are carrying Captain Hotair will keep her safe from the other bounty hunters searching for her.
But there’s a catch. The money will only go so far. If Princess Nella and her handmaiden Tarli wish to remain with Captain Hotair it will have to be as her ‘pets’, doing whatever the intense older woman demands of them.
Together Princess Nella and Tarli begin a journey of sexual self-discovery. It begins with lust-filled encounters as Captain Hotair introduces freeing concepts of submission and obedience to Princess Nella while Lera teaches Tarli about the special pheromones members of her race give off.
Meanwhile, others start journeys of their own as they join the quest to bring the runaway Princess home. Bounty hunters with scores to settle track both the princess and Captain Hotair. And back on Al-Terra Princess Nella’s older sister will have to face her imposing and perverse mother before she’s sent out to retrieve Nella before any of the bounty hunters.

I basically stalk this site daily so the reason I’m late in commenting is because I lacked the words, no suggestions just questions, first Why shift genre? Second is her friend like the shoulder demon vs angel, does she have one? Third Why the absence of Nella and Tarli from the cover? Even like in a bounty poster held up by them? Fourth these town are truly very detailed and designed. Fifth How far far away is their galaxy from say Alaria’s planet or Magicats world? Sixth How big of a fortune we talking here, like a couple million of gold carrots or what kind of currency is in use. Seventh I take it Hotair has quite the list of rival named hunters on her trail, ex lovers or just business?. Eighth, five favourite sex positions. Ninth Can the little red chick breath fire? tenth is this gonna mostly be in space or will planet’s be visited, namely Hotairs or her red pets planets?

“Why shift genre?”
Sometimes I just hit genre burn out and need a change to keep writing. I’ve been working on a sci-fi story set in this universe for the last two months or so (a choose her peril story) but it got REALLY big and I just needed a break from it.
“Is her friend like the shoulder demon vs angel, does she have one?”
The red skinned girl is Lera, Captain Hotair’s ward/pet. Her race, Devlins, give off pheromones that make Humans crazy horny which is something she uses to mess with the princess and her handmaiden. And no, she can’t breath fire.
“Why the absence of Nella and Tarli from the cover?”
I threw these two together using assets I already had. When I started on the project and made the cover I thought the story would center more on Captain Hotair, but as I worked on it I realized it was more interesting having the point of view characters be pretty much everyone but her. She and Lera act almost as antagonists, at least in this first part. I did invest in some new assets for Princess Nella and she’ll be on the cover of part two. “How far far away is their galaxy from say Alaria’s planet or Magicats world?”
Pretty far, although there’s an idea I have bouncing around in my head they MIGHT end up tying the story into some of my other work. Maybe. I’m a discovery writer, so I don’t ever have much of the story plotted out too far ahead of what I’m writing.
“How big of a fortune we talking here, like a couple million of gold carrots or what kind of currency is in use.”
I’ve kept the size vague. Enough that if they were smart Nella and Tarli could have lived in comfort for the rest of their lives, but they weren’t smart and Captain Hotair has the money by the end of part one. And they use “galactic credits” cause it sounds more sci-fi.

She’ll have a lot of people after her. In part two they are heading for her to pay off a debt she owes to a pirate queen, although I don’t know if the story will actually get that far. I aim for 20,000ish words and I might reach that before they finish their journey to her. And yes, she has a lot of rival bounty hunters after her, some ex-lovers some not. Two appeared briefly “on screen” in the first part and a little more is revealed about them in the second part I’m writing now.

There’s a scene in the first part on Al-Terra with the queen, the rest so far is in space or at space stations. But I plan on taking things planet side as the story moves on. I’m world building as I go and coming up with ideas for planets. Probably won’t go to Captain Hotair’s planet because she has reasons not to go back that will eventually be revealed.
