Project Shift/Update

I have accepted I’ve reached burnout on the Halloween CHP book. I DID get a lot of work done on it this year and there’s a good chance I get it finished next year when I pick it back up. I toyed a bit with other Spooky Season projects to work on, but I think with having started so early I’m blown my creative load a bit early 😦

I’ve decided I’m going to try continuing The Superheroines of Sapphica City. Once I made the decision and started working on things I realized I probably need the temporary shift to f/f stuff, away from the harder m/f stuff for a bit anywise.

For those who don’t know/don’t remember this is a lesbian BDSM romance, although unlike most of the others of those I’ve written it is NOT Amazon friendly. It is technically set in my Heroines Perilous World setting and uses all the established rules for that world, but it’s in its own little corner where there are basically no men (and none appear on screen in the story). Unlike other Heroines Perilous World stuff it has some romance and leans way heavier into BDSM stuff, but UNLIKE my other lesbian BDSM romance stuff it has non/dub-con aspects.

Before I can continue the series I’ll need to re-read it all, and as always while I’m doing that I’ll be cleaning the text up as I go. The books will still remain up for sale as ebooks, but as I work my way through them I’ll be posting them for free as well. The first chapter is already up HERE. I haven’t decided if they will get posted for free anywhere else yet.

Hopefully it won’t take me TOO long to work my way through what’s already written and start plugging away at new stuff. As I get each chapter re-read/re-edited I’ll add it to that page and probably won’t make any announcement posts till I’m caught up and ready to start working on new stuff.

With how much less time I’m spending writing now I don’t plan (for now) on trying to do any other projects while working on this. I know those of you following me for m/f stuff might be a bit disappointed, but lets be honest: my output the last half a year+ has been so low will me spending a few months on a project not for you be that different then my low output?
